From time to time, you may have to change your email account’s password in your hosting account.
When you do, you’ll also have to change it here in Windows Live Mail to continue sending and receiving emails.
To change your email password, first right-click your account name.

Then select Options…

Currently, there are no signatures configured, so let’s add one. Click the New button.
Enter your signature in this text box.
When finished, click here and give your signature a name.
Then click OK.
That’s it! The signature has been set up and is now easily added to any email we want to send.
To add your signature, click the Insert tab in your message window.
Click the Signature icon.
Then select your signature from the drop-down menu.
The signature is added to your email message!
