HostXNow Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Your use of HostXNow services means you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy, designed to protect our network, customers, and reputation.
1. Fair & Legal Use
Use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not host, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive material or use our network for fraud, spam, or abuse.
2. Resource Usage
Our shared and reseller plans are designed for normal website hosting. Heavy or abusive use of CPU, memory, disk I/O, or email may require an upgrade to a VPS or dedicated plan.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate services that negatively impact server performance.
3. Content Restrictions
You must not host:
Illegal, copyrighted, or pirated content
Pornographic or adult sites
File-sharing or streaming platforms
Proxies, VPNs, cryptocurrency mining, or high-risk services
4. Email & Databases
Email sending is limited to 300 emails/hour per domain to prevent spam.
Abuse or excessive database activity that slows down servers may result in suspension.
5. Respectful Conduct
We expect all customers to treat our staff courteously. Abusive or threatening behaviour may result in service suspension.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take legal action if this policy is violated.
We are not liable for losses arising from enforcement actions.
7. Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any new version.
