Do you charge VAT?

What is VAT?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is a tax on consumption within the EU.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, and the rate depends on the EU state you are from. You will be charged VAT at your local country’s rate. VAT is itemised separately on your invoice. We have not raised our prices since registering for VAT, giving you excellent value for money.

Who gets charged VAT?

Anyone with an address in the EU will be charged VAT at the rate of their country as per the new VAT law that was put in as of the 1st January 2015, as can be seen on HMRC’s website https://www.gov.uk/vat-on-digital-services-in-the-eu

If you are outside the EU, the price will stay the same as we haven’t increased our prices to reflect VAT. Your invoice will show 0% VAT as you have not been charged VAT on your service.

If you are in the EU and have a valid VAT number, please submit a billing ticket and provide your VAT number so we can remove the VAT from your invoice.

Do you charge VAT to UK clients?

No, we do not charge VAT to UK consumers or businesses.

What is your VAT number?

Our VAT number for European sales is EU372014432
