You have several options for transferring and managing your data, including FTP, SFTP, SCP, Rsync, SSH, cPanel, and web-based file managers. It’s your data, so you can choose the protocol that suits you best for migration.

FTP/SFTP Access
We provide an FTP account to facilitate the transfer and management of your backups. Additionally, SFTP is available for secure file transfers.

SCP (Secure Copy Protocol)
SCP allows you to securely transfer files between a local host and a remote host or between two remote hosts. It utilises the Secure Shell (SSH) protocol and is commonly referred to as both the Secure Copy Protocol and the associated program.

Rsync Support
Rsync enables incremental backups, which only back up modified data. This approach reduces backup time, saves disk space, bandwidth, and server resources.

WebDAV Support
You can easily connect to WebDAV using your preferred web browser to access and modify your files.

SSH Access
We offer full SSH access. Our backup space is fully compatible with cPanel backups and JetBackup.

cPanel Access
Our affordable cPanel-powered backup storage hosting accounts allow you to manage data using the built-in File and SSH managers. You can also set up and run password-less automated commands using authorisation keys via cronjobs. These cronjobs can automate backups across multiple websites and servers while utilising bandwidth-efficient Rsync technology via SSH.

We do not count individual ingoing and outgoing traffic towards your invoice.

We do not back up the backup data. You can use our service to create backups for any of your data. However, we recommend creating secondary backups with a different provider. This ensures you will still have access to your data if any issues arise with our service.

Yes. We do not access your data in any way. Your data will only be released if a court with valid authority in the United Kingdom orders it. We always require a court order and will never share your data without one.

We only require that your content complies with UK law. For example, legal adult content is perfectly acceptable.
